Then it restarts my computer automaticallyand just repeats itself. Then it got to the 'Setup is starting services' screen, followed by the 'Windows could not complete the installation' or something. When I restarted the computer, it went on to say that I needed to continue the installation. I was forced to shut off the computer by holding down the power button. DESPERATE FOR HELP: 'Setup is starting services' loop. When I did that, everything was going fine until the installation froze at 'Completing installation'. I was able to run Windows in safe-mode until I attempted to do a re installation of windows. Needless to say, this is a pretty severe virus. It also disables all anti-virus software. The virus quickly disables all of the services and putting restrictions on them so I cannot resume them that are running on your computer. My mom promptly dealt with the virus on her computer before it was too late. My problem is is that my mom had a virus transfer to my computer through our network. First of all, I've scoured the web for the answer to my problem, and the similar 'fixes' on these forums did not work for me at all. Hi, I am attempting to install windows 7 圆4 onto my pc and it hangs at the "Setup is Starting I waited for the screen to go away overnight but to no avail.You currently have javascript disabled. Windows 7 Installation, Setup, and Deployment. They were leftover from a Windows Restore failed attempt. It must have been grinding on the previous partitions trying to understand them.
